VipLuck

Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal data this review site collects, why we collect it and what you can do about it. It covers this website only. It does not cover VipLuck or any other casino we write about, because each of those operators runs its own systems and publishes its own policy.

Who we are

We are an independent editorial site that reviews online casinos for readers in Australia. We publish articles, comparison tables and guides. We do not accept deposits, we do not hold player accounts and we do not process payments of any kind.

If you have a question about how your data is handled here, use the contact details published on this site and we will answer in plain language.

What we collect

Most of what we see is technical: the pages you open, the time of your visit, your approximate location at city level, the type of device and browser, and the page that sent you here. Our hosting setup records this in server logs.

We do not ask you to register, so we do not hold names, passwords or payment details. If you write to us, we keep your message and the address you wrote from, and nothing more.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small set of cookies to remember basic preferences and to measure which articles are read. Analytics data is grouped, so we look at trends and not at individuals.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site keeps working if you do, though some small conveniences, such as a remembered section, may disappear.

Links to casinos

Buttons on this site lead to the operator's own website. When you click one, the operator may set its own cookies and collect its own data, under its own rules. We cannot see what happens on that site and we are not responsible for it.

Read the operator's privacy policy before you create an account. On the VipLuck sign-up form, for example, the tick boxes link to the operator's terms and privacy policy and a separate consent to marketing messages, and those are the operator's documents, not ours.

How long we keep data

Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer you and to show that we did.

Your choices

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time. You can also complain to the privacy regulator in your country if you think we have handled your data badly.

This page may be updated when our practices change. The newest version is always the one shown here.
